Description
These slow cooked brownies are fudgy, delicious and toasty studded with walnuts.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease the slow cooker basin with a little butter, add a layer of foil and parchment paper and grease it. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Leave to cool slightly.
Step 2 of 3
Combine the eggs and caster sugar in a large bowl and stir in the chocolate mix. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder and mix to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Step 3 of 3
Tip the batter into the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Cook for 4 hours on low, turn off the slow cooker and leave to stand for 1 hour before removing the lid and slicing.
