Description
A giant gooey chocolate chip cookie is the perfect sharing dessert and is so simple to make in the slow cooker.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease the slow cooker basin with a little butter, add a layer of foil and parchment paper and grease it.
Step 2 of 3
Beat the rest of the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy in a stand mixer. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Tip in the flour and baking soda and beat until just combined.
Step 3 of 3
Stir in the chopped chocolate and scoop the mix into the lined slow cooker. Smooth out with a spatula, place the lid on and cook on high for 2.5 hours until set but slightly gooey in the middle.
