Description

This creamy, comforting vanilla rice pudding is practically a no-stir wonder with the help of the slow cooker.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Bring the milk to a simmer in a saucepan and mix in the rice. Grease the slow cooker basin with butter and pour the mix into the slow cooker on high.

Step 2 of 2

Add the vanilla and honey and cook for 2.5 hours until tender and creamy, stirring once halfway through cooking.
