Description

Banana bread, that cafe cult classic, is now even easier to enjoy at home, thanks to this 3-ingredient slow cooker recipe. How sweet does that sound?

Method

Step 1 of 3

Grease and line bowl of a 5.5L slow cooker with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Mash bananas in a large bowl with back of a fork until almost smooth. Add milk and stir to combine. Fold in flour. Pour mixture into slow cooker.

Step 3 of 3

Place a clean tea towel over top of bowl, then secure with lid and cook on low for 2 hours or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then slice and serve topped with yoghurt and banana chips.
