  • 1L salt-reduced chicken stock
  • 6 wholemeal flatbreads, quartered
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 600grams skinless chicken thigh fillets, halved, fat trimmed
  • 500grams Winter Veg Mix

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned. Add Simply Simmer Veggie Mix and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Add stock, cover saucepan and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the Woolworths Winter Veg Mix and cook for a further 10 minutes and season with pepper to taste. Divide stew among serving bowls and serve with flatbread.
