Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat oil in a large, deep saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot and celery, and cook for 10 minutes or until softened. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until mince is browned. Stir in passata and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add potato and cook for 10 minutes or until softened. Add zucchini and peas, and cook for 5 minutes or until just tender. Serve.
