  • 2 sticks celery, finely sliced
  • 1teaspoons paprika (to serve)

Description

Creamy egg salad is delicious on its own or as a sandwich filler.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Whisk the mayonnaise, yoghurt, mustard, lemon juice and chives together in a large bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Roughly chop the eggs and add to the mayo mix. Add the celery and mix well to coat. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika on top.
