8 Ingredients
- 125grams MasterFoods Barbeque Sauce (save 0.25 g for serving)
- 1 Woolworths roast chicken
- 8-12 white wraps
- 1 cucumber, cut into long sticks (discard the middle)
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and cut into 4cm pieces and sliced lengthways
- 1-2tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1-2tablespoons crispy shallots
- 1-2tablespoons crispy garlic
Description
A delicious take on classic duck pancake – Try these roast chicken pancakes with crunchy veggies and crispy garlic and shallots. A real crowd pleaser and easy and quick to prepare.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Place spring onions in iced water and set aside
Step 2 of 5
Reheat Roast Chicken as per instructions
Step 3 of 5
Cut chicken into 6 pieces and thinly slice the breast and shred the remaining chicken

Stir through 50g of MasterFoods™ Barbeque Sauce (don’t be shy to use more!)
Step 5 of 5
Warm up the wraps and assemble by spooning 1 tsp. of MasterFoods™ Barbeque Sauce to the wrap if you’d like more sauce, place some chicken on one side, sprinkle sesame seeds, add cucumber strips and a few spring onions, crispy garlic and shallots. Tuck in and enjoy!
