  • 125grams long life noodles
  • 1tablespoons sesame oil
  • 333grams Woolworths beef mince
  • 1centimeters ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 420grams no-added salt lentils, rinsed, drained
  • 250grams frozen broccoli florets
  • 1tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • 1teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook noodles in a medium saucepan of boiling over high heat for 3 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, or until browned. Add ginger, onion, lentils and broccoli, then cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until broccoli is tender.

Step 3 of 3

Add noodles and soy, then toss to combine. Serve topped with coriander and sesame seeds.
