- 1 cup brown rice
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 500grams chicken thighs, trimmed, thickly sliced
- 1 brown onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2packets bean, peas & broccoli
- 175grams honey, garlic & soy stir-fry sauce
Description
Succulent chicken-thigh pieces and green veggies marry with a soy, honey and garlic sauce until tender. Serve with brown rice for a full and flavourful stir-fry dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook rice according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Step 3 of 4
Add onion to pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until softened. Add vegetables. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until just tender. Add sauce and return chicken. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice among bowls. Top with stir-fry. Serve.
