  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges, to serve

Description

Ready in 20 minutes, these juicy Greek-style beef wraps make a perfect midweek family meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 2 of 4

Add half of the mixed herbs and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until fragrant and cooked. Remove from heat. Season with pepper. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Wipe pan clean. Heat wraps for 30 seconds each side or until golden brown. Place wraps on serving plates. Prepare salad kit according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Top wraps with salad and follow with mince mixture. Sprinkle with remaining dried herbs. Serve with lemon wedges.
