  • 375grams masterfoods soy, honey & garlic marinade
  • 500grams stir fry beef strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into long strips
  • 250grams bean sprouts
  • 1 cucumber, cut into long strips
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 300mL vietnamese dipping sauce
  • 150grams rice paper (12 pack)
  • 30mL extra virgin olive oil

Description

Easy and fun for the kids to help make!

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cut your cucumber, carrot and cos lettuce into strips and your avocado into thin slices and set aside.

Step 2 of 5

Drizzle olive oil into a warm fry pan, over medium-high heat.

Step 3 of 5

Coat the beef generously in the marinade and mix in a bowl. Add to fry pan, over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally and cook until cooked through and tender.

Step 4 of 5

Follow rice paper instructions on packet (dip in warm water).

Step 5 of 5

Lay out your prepared rice paper, and add your choice of ingredients: cooked beef, cucumber, carrot, avocado, lettuce, and bean sprouts. Follow packet instructions for folding of rice paper. Serve with a side of Vietnamese dipping sauce. Enjoy!
