- 1 can large tuna or salmon
- 1 large white or brown onion
- 3tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons sour cream
- 2tablespoons dried dill
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 chilli sauce

Instruction tip
You can put anything you like in these rolls. Add herbs for a fresh taste. Coriander goes great with these tuna ones.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Slice lettuce and soak noodles till soft and sit aside
Step 2 of 5
Wrap starting by folding the bottom up, left side in, top down and roll to the right to make a cylinder shape. Enjoy.
Step 3 of 5
Get a dinner plate out and pour water on it.
Use this to moisten the sheets of rice paper until soft but not squishy.
Step 4 of 5
Dice onion and put in a bowl with the tuna, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well
Step 5 of 5
Start placing the tuna mixture, some lettuce, some noodles onto the soaked rice sheet. Pour on chilli sauce
