  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 pomegranate, seeds removed
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 handful kale
  • 1 1/2teaspoons chia seeds

Method

Blend kale, lemon, seeds from the pomegranate, pineapple, chia seeds, mint and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Note: This smoothie helps with your daily fruit and veggie intake. The chia seeds and pomegranate add great texture and flavour.
