Step 1 of 1

Thaw 100g frozen spinach as per packet instructions. Squeeze out excess water and place into a small food processor. Add flesh of 1 large avocado, cup Greek-style yoghurt and 3 chopped spring onions. Process until combined. Spoon into sealable containers. Seal and refrigerate until ready to pack in an esky.
