- 1 small Calypso mango, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
- 8 strawberries, hulled, quartered
- 125grams blueberries
- 2teaspoons shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup Woolworths Greek style yoghurt light
- 2tablespoons passionfruit pulp
Description
After a healthier snack idea the little ones will love? Whip up this rainbow fruit salad with passionfruit yoghurt and see their faces light up.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Arrange mango, strawberries, blueberries and coconut in sections in a rectangular airtight container.
Step 2 of 2
Place yoghurt in a small airtight container and top with passionfruit pulp. Cover containers with lids and keep chilled until ready to serve.
