Quesadilla
  • 420grams no added salt tomato paste
  • 1 1/2teaspoons cumin
  • 1 1/2teaspoons paprika
  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • 3 wholegrain wrap
  • 1 cup light shredded tasty cheese
Vegetarian Mince
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small brown onion
  • 1teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cans four bean mix, rinsed

Method

Step 1 of 2

Mix vegetarian mince with cumin and paprika. Lay wrap on cutting board and fill half with mince, cheese and spinach. Fold wrap in half, forming a half-moon shape, and press gently to flatten.

Step 2 of 2

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add the quesadilla and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted. Slice in half to serve.
