- 2 wholegrain wraps
- 2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 125grams black beans, rinsed, drained
- 125grams corn kernels, rinsed, drained
- 2 mandarins
- 125grams blueberries

Description
After some new lunch box ideas? Jazz things up with this healthier chicken wrap recipe. The little ones will love the flavour combo of chicken, black bean and corn.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil over medium heat. Add chicken. Poach for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Drain chicken and cool. Shred chicken and toss with 1/4 cup yoghurt and paprika. Season with pepper.
Step 2 of 2
Top wraps with spinach, beans, corn and chicken mixture. Wrap tightly to enclose filling. Serve wraps in lunch boxes with remaining yoghurt, mandarin and blueberries.
