- 1/2teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 Woolworths soft white wrap
- 1/2 small red capsicum, deseeded, cut into 1cm pieces
- 1/2 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 light Greek yoghurt
- 1 medium orange, quartered

Description
This chicken burrito recipe is a healthier and budget-friendly lunch box idea for the kids. Pack with a side of Greek-style yoghurt and quartered oranges.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and place over medium heat. Cook chicken, paprika and cumin, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Season with pepper. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Place wrap on workbench and top with chicken, capsicum, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Fold in sides and wrap tightly to enclose.
Step 3 of 3
Pack wrap in a chilled lunch box with yoghurt and orange.
