  • 350grams Zafarelli spaghetti No 4
  • 5milliliter Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 240grams JC Seafood jumbo raw prawn cutlets
  • 190grams La Molisana pesto rosso
  • 1/2 lemon, zest finely grated, juiced
  • 1/4 punnet dill, sprigs picked

Description

For a simple weeknight dish, this prawn and pesto rosso pasta has it all. It's packed with flavour, easy to make and won't break the bank.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta in a large saucepan following packet instructions. Drain and return to saucepan.

Step 2 of 4

Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until light golden and just cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Add pesto to pasta. Add lemon juice to pesto jar. Seal and shake to combine with any remaining pesto in jar. Add to pasta. Season and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide pasta and prawns among serving bowls. Serve sprinkled with zest and dill.
