  • 300grams Toscano two classic pizza bases
  • 280grams Mutti classica pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup drained Always Fresh black sliced olives
  • 130grams Woolworths roasted capsicum strips
  • 100grams Woolworths Greek-style feta, coarsely crumbled
  • 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked

Description

A colourful and flavourful feast on a crispy crust, this affordable antipasto pizza will win hearts on a weeknight.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Divide pizza bases between 2 baking trays. Spread bases with pizza sauce.

Step 2 of 3

Top with olives, capsicum and feta. Bake, swapping trays halfway through, for 15 minutes or until edges and feta are golden.

Step 3 of 3

Top pizzas with basil. Cut into slices to serve.
