- 8 RSPCA Approved three-joint chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Woolworths teriyaki marinade
- 1 lime, halved
- 300grams Woolworths finely shredded coleslaw
- 100grams Chang's crunchy fried noodles
Description
A sweet and tangy explosion of flavour, these teriyaki chicken wings with crunchy noodle salad are perfect for a satisfying, budget-friendly weeknight dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place chicken in a large baking dish. Reserve 1 tbs marinade. Drizzle remaining marinade over chicken. Toss to coat. Bake, brushing with dish juices halfway through, for 35 minutes or until golden.
Step 2 of 4
Cut 1 lime half into 4 wedges, then juice the remaining half.
Step 3 of 4
Combine reserved marinade with lime juice in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and noodles. Season and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Serve salad with chicken wings and lime.
