  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch Broccolini®, trimmed, halved lengthways
  • 250grams Gravox Roast Pork Family Pack Liquid Gravy Pouch
  • 1/4 bunch thyme, leaves picked
  • 400grams Woolworths pork sizzle steaks

Description

Win the weeknight with this simple yet satisfying pork dish with roast broccolini, crispy garlic potatoes and flavourful gravy.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Line a 20x26cm baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Cook potatoes according to packet instructions. Allow to cool slightly, then cut potatoes in half and place in a bowl. Add garlic and drizzle with 2 tbs oil. Toss to coat. Arrange on tray. Season. Bake for 25 minutes or until potato is golden.

Add broccolini to tray. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until broccolini is slightly charred.

Meanwhile, heat gravy according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, combine thyme and remaining oil in a dish. Season. Add pork and turn to coat. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook pork, in batches, for 30 seconds on each side or until browned. Serve pork with vegetables and gravy.
