  • 1.30kilograms Woolworths COOK pork ribs in a smokey bbq sauce
  • 4 corn cobs, husks and silks discarded
  • 1 lime zested, halved
  • 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
  • 340grams Woolworths buffalo style salad kit
  • 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/4teaspoons chilli powder
  • 50grams parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked, to serve

Description

Make an incredible feast of pork ribs, chargrilled spiced Mexican corn on the cob and crisp salad. This flavour-packed meal is so easy to make.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Heat pork according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan over high heat. Spray corn and lime with oil. Cook corn, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until charred and tender, adding lime halves to pan, cut-sides down, in the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Prepare salad according to packet instructions.

Combine mayonnaise, chilli powder and lime zest in a small bowl. Season with pepper. Brush corn with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve pork with corn, salad, lime halves and scattered with coriander.
