Deliciously crusted cutlets with a slightly warm and tangy aftertaste.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Slice the rack of lamb into cutlets. Pan fry the cutlets on a non-stick pan for 30 seconds on each side to seal them and then set to one side and allow to cool.

Step 2 of 4

Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl apart from the mustard and oil and ensure they are combined fully,.

Step 3 of 4

Now cover the meat on the cutlets with the mustard and then evenly spread the crust mix on each cutlet evenly.

Step 4 of 4

Pan fry the crusted cutlets on the non-stick pan with the canola oil for about 2 minutes on each side until the crust starts to brown before serving.
