  • 3 green onions , chopped
  • 1teaspoons sugar
  • 1packets dumpling wrappers

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add all the ingredients into a big mixing bowl and give them a good mix.

Step 2 of 3

Get to wrapping! Place a tbsp of the fillings onto a dumpling wrapper and seal the edges. You can pleat the dumplings in all sorts of creative ways.

Step 3 of 3

Heat up a pan with oil and pan fry the dumplings for a minute. Then add water until 1/3 of dumplings are covered, place a lid on to pan steam dumplings. Allow all water to evaporate and remove lid to let dumplings crisp up again. Note: you can also steam the dumplings
