- 50grams vermicelli noodles, cooked
- 20 sheet spring roll pastry
- 1 cup bean shoots
- 1teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1 large spring onion, finely chopped
- 2tablespoons stir fry sauce sweet chilli
- 1L olive oil (for deep frying)
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 150grams seafood stick

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine all of the above ingredients except spring roll pastry in a large bowl and mix well.
Step 2 of 3
Place a sheet of pastry on a flat surface, top with 1 tablespoon of mixture then roll once. Tuck ends in then continue rolling. Brush ends with a little water to seal, then repeat with remaining rolls.
Step 3 of 3
Deep fry in hot oil until golden (about 3–4 minutes) then serve with additional sweet chilli marinade, fresh lettuce and herbs.
