- 500grams pork mince
- 1/2 chinese cabbage, shredded
- 2 small carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 tin water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 bunch coriander (optional)
- 1packets spring roll wrappers
- 1/2 cup corn flour, and water to thicken
- 3tablespoons oyster sauce
- 8 clove garlic, crushed
- 1tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup plain flour, and water mixed into a slurry
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

Description
Absolutely delicious spring rolls, they disappear in minutes.
Instruction tip
Leave pork out for vegetarians.
Method
Step 1 of 8
Prepare all the ingredients and set aside until needed.
Step 2 of 8
Fry the pork mince in a wok with the garlic and ginger until cooked.
Step 3 of 8
Add all the vegetables and cook until softened stirring mix regularly.
Move the mixture to the side making a little well in the middle. Add corn flour mix to the well and let cook for about 30 seconds before mixing though.

Add the Oyster sauce and coriander to the mixture and stir though. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.

Put mixture aside until cooled. Get spring roll wrappers out of the freezer to defrost.
Step 6 of 8
Heat deep fryer while wrapping spring rolls. Use the slurry mix to stick the corner down.
Step 7 of 8
Add the spring rolls to the fryer, at 190°C in batches.
Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 8 of 8
Serve with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy.
