- 3 spring onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1tablespoons soy Sauce
- sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2packets rice vermicelli
- vegetable oil
- 1tablespoons corn flower
- 2tablespoons water
- 1packets spring roll wrapers, defrosted
- water (for noodles)
- sweet chilli sauce
- tomato sauce
- soy sauce
Description
A nice spring roll full of taste.
Method
Step 1 of 10
Soak noodles in warm water for 3-4 minutes then cut them into strips. (finger length)

Put sunflower oil in frying pan. Cook cabbage, onion, garlic, carrot. Cook until they are soft but left a little crunchy.

Slice carrot into thin strips. Dice spring onions into small pieces. Chop red onion into small pieces and cabbage. For best results, chop the vegetables very finely.

Combine noodles in the same pan with soy sauce and spring onions till heated through and then remove from heat and place into a bowl to cool down. Wipe pan for future use.

In a small bowl combine water ( 2 Tbs ) & cornflour to make a paste to stick to the edge of the wrapper to close them.

Place wrapper on a clean board. Now it's time to roll the wrappers. Place on the wrappers about 2 Tbs of filling towards the end of the wrapper but making sure one of the corners are facing down towards you. Now roll upwards and folding in the corners until you get towards the end. Now brush some paste on the end to act like a glue to stick the wrap together.

Place some vegetable oil in a pan to fry your spring rolls. Use the amount you wish.

Once oil is hot place the spring rolls in the oil & cook until nice and golden brown.

Serve with some dipping sauce in small bowl. Sweet Chilli Sauce, Tomato sauce and some Soy sauce.
