Description

A little bit of steam is the key to perfectly cooked fried eggs every time.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the butter in a large non-stick pan on medium heat and swirl to coat the base well.

Step 2 of 3

Reduce the heat to medium low. Crack the eggs into the pan and add 2 teaspoons of water. Cover the pan and cook for 1-1.5 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Immediately remove the eggs from the pan and serve with salt and pepper.
