  • 3packets 85g pkt Aeroplane Original Strawberry Flavoured Jelly
  • 2 tubs French Vanilla Double Thick Custard
  • 600milliliter thickened cream
  • 2tablespoons icing sugar mixture
  • 1/2packets vanilla meringue kisses
  • 125grams raspberries
  • 250grams strawberries, quartered
  • 125grams blackberries, halved

Method

Step 1 of 3

Prepare jelly according to packet directions. Pour into a 4L-capacity trifle dish. Chill for 4 hours or until set.

Step 2 of 3

Spoon custard over jelly layer in trifle dish. Smooth surface. Refrigerate.

Step 3 of 3

Using an electric mixer, beat cream and icing sugar in a large bowl until firm peaks just begin to form. Crush half the meringues and fold through cream. Dollop cream mixture over custard. Top with berries and remaining meringues. Serve immediately.
