Serve a tropical salsa on top of fresh Pacific oysters for a simple yet elegant summer party appetiser that will delight tastebuds.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Juice 1 lime. Combine with mango, onion, capsicum, coriander and lime juice in a bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Cut remaining lime into wedges. Arrange oysters onto a platter. Spoon over salsa and serve immediately with lime wedges.
Instruction tip

Scatter 500g natural rock salt on the platter for decor and to keep the oysters steady.
