Description
This easy to make and budget friendly pancake recipe fuses the winning combo of orange and chocolate with a creamy ricotta topping.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat frying pan on a low-medium heat.
Step 2 of 4
Combine ricotta, orange zest and icing sugar. Mix until combined and smooth. Cover and place into fridge.
Step 3 of 4
Pour batter onto preheated frying pan and add a dollop of ricotta mix onto the middle of batter. Cover with pancake mix. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4 of 4
Serve with a dollop of the ricotta mixture, oranges and a chocolate drizzle.
