  • 1 cup raspberry cordial
  • 410grams Woolworths peach slices in juice
  • 1L Woolworths 100% pure coconut water, chilled
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 125grams raspberries

Description

Featuring layers reminiscent of a Christmas sunset, this easy-to-make ombré mocktail adds a touch of magic to your holiday gatherings.

Prep tip:

To make it a cocktail, simply top it up with a bit of sparkling wine.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pour raspberry cordial into a 12-hole (1 tbs) small ice-cube tray. Freeze for 2 hours or until set.

Step 2 of 3

Process undrained peach until smooth. Pour peach purée equally into 6 x 1 1/2 cup serving glasses.

Step 3 of 3

Tilt glass and carefully pour coconut water down the side of the glass so it does not disturb the peach layer. (Coconut water must sit as a distinct layer on top of peach purée and come three-quarters up the side of the glass, leaving room for ice cubes.) Add 1 cup crushed ice. Carefully add ice cubes. Thread raspberries onto skewers. Top drinks with skewers. Serve.
