Method
Step 1 of 3
Prick each potato with a fork. Place each onto a square of foil, drizzle with a little oil and season. Wrap foil around potato to enclose and cook on barbecue, or oven for 45 minutes until tender.
Step 2 of 3
Empty the beans into a saucepan. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir over heat until it boils and thickens. Set aside.
Step 3 of 3
When potatoes are cooked, carefully open foil and cut a cross into the top of each. Press near the base to open top. Fill with bean mixture.
