Description
Five ingredients is all you need for this easy quiche recipe. Cheesy and packed with juicy tomatoes, these wonton cups with a quiche filling are great for kids.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 6
Spray a 12-hole, 1/3-cup capacity muffin pan with cooking spray.
Step 3 of 6
Place 1 wrapper in each hole. Divide tomato among holes.
Step 4 of 6
Top with egg and sprinkle over cheese.
Step 5 of 6
Spray with oil. Season with pepper.
Step 6 of 6
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve.
