  • 4 Calypso® mangoes, flesh removed, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups Woolworths pure coconut water
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 1/2tablespoons caster sugar

Description

A frozen dessert that captures the essence of summer, this easy-to-make mango granita makes a refreshing treat on a hot day.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Process mango using a handheld blender or food processor until smooth. Add coconut water, juice and sugar. Blend until well combined.

Step 2 of 3

Pour into a metal 20cm (base measurement) square cake pan. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until the mixture is set around the edges. Using a fork, roughly break up the mixture.

Step 3 of 3

Cover and return to freezer for 2 hours, scraping the mixture with a fork into coarse crystals every 30 minutes. Divide among serving glasses. Serve.
