- 2teaspoons fish sauce
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 Calypso® mangoes, flesh cut into 1.5cm cubes
- 1 small red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 lime zested, juiced
- 2tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 bunch mint, leaves removed
Description
