  • 500grams frozen Woolworths Australian steakhouse chips
  • 600grams Woolworths beef herb & garlic sausages
  • 350grams Woolworths kaleslaw kit
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 crusty long rolls, split

Description

Once you try these gourmet sausage subs loaded with kale slaw and chilli pineapple salsa, you'll never go back to a regular sub.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Arrange chips on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and tender.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 6 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Prepare kaleslaw kit according to packet instructions. Place pineapple, chilli and onion in a medium bowl. Season with pepper and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Fill rolls with slaw, sausages and pineapple salsa. Serve with chips.
