Dragon Fruit Layer
- 1 cup frozen pink dragon fruit chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Spinach Layer
- 1/3 cups Woolworths Greek-style yoghurt, stirred until smooth
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2tablespoons almond milk
Description
Sure to become your new fave smoothie recipe, these layered smoothies are ready in 10 minutes and feature banana, spinach, yoghurt and dragon fruit.
Method
Step 1 of 3
To make the spinach layer, place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 x 300ml capacity glasses. Place in freezer until needed.
Step 2 of 3
To make the dragon fruit layer, place all the ingredients in cleaned blender and blitz until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon yoghurt over spinach layer. Top with dragon fruit mixture. Serve.
