Method

Step 1 of 2

Place pear, bananas and cinnamon in a blender and blitz until smooth. Spoon mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours or until set.

Step 2 of 2

 Transfer smoothie cubes to an airtight container and freeze. 
Instruction tip

To make one smoothie, fill blender with a quarter of the fruit ice cubes, 1 cup of milk and 30g rolled oat, then blend until smooth.
