Description

Enjoy this classic kebab wrap recipe filled with incredible flavours. A great meal or snack, these wraps are a delicious way to enjoy all your favourites.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Using clean hands, combine mince, lemon juice, dried spices and herbs, garlic, onion and oil in a bowl until silky. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

Step 2 of 3

Preheat a barbecue grill on medium-high. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions. Form 1 portion into a sausage shape around a metal skewer. Repeat for remaining portions. Cook, turning frequently, for 6-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Step 3 of 3

Place pita bread on serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion. Add a dollop of hummus. Top with a kebab skewer. Roll up to enclose. Serve immediately.
