  • 2tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 100grams dark chocolate

Method

Step 1 of 4

Using a chopstick, poke a hole into the side of each pavlova going through the middle and stopping before reaching the other side.

Step 2 of 4

Place jam into a piping bag or ziplock bag, snip the end, and pipe into the hole of each pavlova.

Step 3 of 4

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and cook in 30-second bursts for 2 minutes, stirring after each burst, until melted and smooth.

Step 4 of 4

Dip the top of each pavlova into chocolate. Place on a wire rack over a tray for up to 20 minutes to set slightly, then sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Allow two hours to set before serving.
