- 4 bananas, peeled, split lengthways
- 60grams raspberries (to serve)
- 180grams milk chocolate, chopped (or dark chocolate)
- 4 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 4 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2tablespoons granulated nuts (to serve)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
Method
Step 1 of 2
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes, but do not refrigerate.
Step 2 of 2
Arrange banana pieces in four serving dishes. Top each with chocolate and vanilla ice-cream. Drizzle over chocolate sauce and finish with fresh raspberries and nuts to serve.
