  • 2 hollow chocolate eggs (100g each)
  • 20grams whipped cream (to serve)
  • 1teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (to serve)
  • 1tablespoons chocolate, shaved (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Remove wrappers from eggs. Use a sharp knife to carefully remove the top of one of the eggs, then sit it in a mug.

Step 2 of 3

Roughly chop the remaining egg and place in a small saucepan with milk, cocoa and vanilla. Stir over low heat for 5 minutes or until melted and combined.

Step 3 of 3

Pour hot chocolate into egg sitting in mug. Top with marshmallows, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
