- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almonds, silvered

Description
Eating on the run just became healthier by adding Danone Vanilla YoPro Yoghurt to an almond biscuit base for a protein hit.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line two oven trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place banana in a large bowl. Mash with a fork until almost smooth. Add the yoghurt, spread, almond meal, flour and cinnamon. Mix well.
Step 3 of 3
Add 1 heaped tbs of yoghurt mixture at a time onto prepared trays and flatten slightly into a disc shape. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned. Allow to cool on trays. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
