- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 1/3 cups traditional rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup linseeds
- 170grams Chobani passionfruit Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup skim milk (save extra 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 1/3 cup moist coconut flakes
- 2 green apples, unpeeled, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3/4 cup blueberries, halved
Description
Start the day with a bowl full of goodness when you combine Chobani Passionfruit Yoghurt with protein-packed seeds and nuts.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine the oats, chia seeds, linseeds, 2 pots of Chobani Passion Fruit Greek Yoghurt, milk and apple juice in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pepitas and almonds. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the coconut. Cook, stirring, for a further 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from heat.
Step 3 of 3
Stir in remaining Chobani yoghurt pot and extra milk in oat mixture. Spoon into serving bowls. Top with apple, raspberries, blueberries and toasted almond mixture.
