  • 5 sheets spring roll pastry sheet, cut into quarters
  • 200grams halloumi cheese, chopped
  • 8 medium cherry tomato, halved
  • 4tablespoons chutney, store bought
  • 20grams butter, melted
  • 1tablespoons chilli flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description

Delicious halloumi tartlets with sweet tomato flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Quarter the pastry into 4 equal squares. brush each square with melted butter and layer, 5 deep, rotating into a star shape to create the tart base.

Step 2 of 3

In an oiled cupcake tray place the tart base inside. Now place the chutney at the bottom, then the tomatoes, the halloumi and top with chills flakes and seasoning.

Step 3 of 3

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
