- 300milliliter coconut cream
- 1tablespoons sugar
- 105grams green curry paste
- 2tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 cup green beans
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 2tablespoons kaffir lime leaves
- 500grams beef, thinly sliced
- 2tablespoons basil leaves
- 2tablespoons oil
- 2 cup rice, steamed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in pan, stir-fry curry paste over low heat for 2 minutes. Add 150ml of coconut cream over medium heat.
Step 2 of 3
Add fish sauce, sugar and beans, stir & add remaining coconut cream & water. Bring to the boil, simmer until beans are cooked.
Step 3 of 3
Add beef, chilli & kaffir lime leaves (if desired) and return to boil. Add basil if using before removing from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
