  • 1 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 bunch dill, sprigs picked, chopped
  • 4 BFree Low Carb High Protein Wraps
  • 4 Woolworths lamb leg steaks, cut in 3cm pieces
  • 25grams McCormick Greek Style Street Food Seasoning
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 pre-soaked bamboo skewers
  • 1/2 green oakleaf lettuce
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Description

A tasty, filling Greek-inspired dinnertime delight paired with fresh veggies and a tangy dill sauce? That's a wrap!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine yoghurt and dill in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a large chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Grill wraps for 20 seconds each side or until lightly charred. Cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Combine lamb, seasoning and oil in a large bowl. Thread lamb onto skewers to make 8 skewers in total. Add half of the skewers to the chargrill pan. Cook for 5 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Repeat with remaining skewers.

Step 4 of 4

Divide wraps among plates. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, lamb skewers and dill yoghurt. Serve with lemon wedges.
